Duane Wray
Executive Director, Capital Improvements
Duane joined the firm in 2001 to manage forward planning including architectural design, permitting, entitlement and construction. An engineer by training, he has 40 years experience in construction management and has worked for the Federal, State and Local Government as well as the California Community Colleges. A retired Air Force Colonel, he supervised more than 800 civilian and military members of the Base Civil engineer Squadron. Following his retirement from the Air Force, he served the City of Sacramento managing engineering, architecture and facility maintenance.
He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A & M University. He is a Graduate of the Armed Forces Staff College and the Air War College.
