Jeroen Gerresse
President, Hospitality Division

As head of P3's Hospitality Division, Jeroen is known for his expertise in programming hotel and recreational facilities to maximize return for the property owner. He has opened hotels, entertainment centers, arenas, ballparks and restaurants around the world, always focusing the concept, design and construction on market demand and customer satisfaction.

A native of the Netherlands, Jeroen owned a successful Amsterdam restaurant, De Jachthaven. In Europe, he held management positions with Britannia Hotel in London and the Marriott Royal Hotel in Moscow, Russia. He moved to the United States in 1981, and in that time has hosted U.S. Presidents, foreign dignitaries and movie stars at various positions including Omni Hotels and Holland America Cruise Lines. He was a manger at top rated New York Hotels including The Crowne Plaza; The Waldorf Towers; The Drake. During his career, he has hosted numerous events such as the United Nations General Assembly and the annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction. He joined P3 Development to head the company's work in Hotels, Entertainment and Hospitality industry. In addition to his considerable hotel management skills, he is also skilled in the art of sabering - a lost art from the Napoleonic times where champagne bottles are opened with the swift slice of a sword. He is fluent in French, German, Dutch and English.

He is Chairman of the San Joaquin County Tourism Board and member of the Downtown alliance; Anaheim Convention and Visitors Bureau; Ocean Institute; chaine de Rotisseur; Mondre Ordial; Global Hotelier's club; Club du Sabreur.
His awards include Hotel of the year, Marriott Moscow and Marriott Dana Point; General Manager of the year for Southern California; Priority Club Award from IHC and was voted Top 12 Food and Beverage Director by Esquire Magazine's John Mariani.

He holds a BA from the University of Hotel Management, Maastricht Netherlands and has completed post graduate Work in Hotel Management at Cornell University, Ithaca New York.
