Rick Oshinski
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining the company, Rick was a partner in a law firm and practiced construction law and commercial litigation in both California and Nevada. He received his B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and earned his J.D. from McDowell School of Law at the University of Akron, in Akron Ohio.
As president and CEO, Rick combines his background in transactional construction law and litigation with his corporate and administrative skills. He oversees the day to day operations of P3 Development and is very involved in the mechanics of the public/private partnership arrangements for the company. He has drafted and negotiated hundreds of contracts, lease agreements, corporate documents and vendor agreements relating to development and construction. He is a member of both the California and Nevada bar associations and is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Counsel, and the National Council for Public Private Partnerships.
