Project Planning
A successful project begins with strong planning. At the beginning of each project, P3 first task is to conduct a value engineering (VE) analysis to ensure that the project can be constructed within the client's available budget. Once the VE is completed we work with our client and the project's design team to establish a comprehensive scope of work. Once we have the scope, we then develop a master schedule and establish the project's budget. With a budget in place P3 is able to help our clients develop a financing plan that will allow for the earliest possible commencement of work and a realistic repayment schedule.

Site Preparation (offsite construction)
Many of our projects are built within an existing complex of buildings which requires preparation of the site. This can include demolition, grading, and utilities and street infrastructure. As project manager, we are able to provide these services, with sensitivity to the surrounding buildings. We manage the safety plan, create temporary traffic plans and manage dust and noise to keep disruption to a minimum.

Community Outreach
Many public buildings are the subject of interest for the communities we serve. We work closely with the client to provide clear and complete renderings and drawings to make the project understandable to the constituents it will serve. We are also available to attend community meetings to explain the project plans, construction issues and other matters that are appropriate to the impacted neighborhoods and the community at large. We are able to take complex construction and land use issues and make them clear and concise for the average citizen to understand.
